2.6 What is time necessary for the procurement?

In order to avoid delays the project team should  develop a procurement plan for the entire project.

All contracts must show the true dates of signature of the contracting parties. Contracts are considered to take effect from the date of signature of the last signatory. Contracts cannot be awarded retroactively. Contract addenda cannot be signed after the end of the execution period. This means that no disbursements can be effected and no goods and services provided prior to the signature of the contract and/or addendum.
