4.1 What are the main reports I have to produce?

The main reports that a grant beneficiary must submit are:

  • The interim report, submitted for actions longer than one year.
  • The final report, submitted at the end of the action.

All reports should be drafted in English.

All interim reports should contain two main parts:

  • Narrative section
  • Financial section

All final reports should contain three main parts:

  • Narrative section
  • Financial section
  • Expenditure verification report by a certified auditor

Interim and final reports are usually accompanied with a payment request.
