About us

The European Union Office in Kosovo has given a high priority to support Regional Economic Development (RED) in Kosovo in line with European best practices. The work commenced in early 2008 when the first technical assistance project started preparations and support for the establishment of a network of RDAs to cover the territory of Kosovo.

On June 2009 the European Union Office in Kosovo, based on a Grant Agreement, provided funding for the start-up and first 12 months of operation of the 5 RDAs.
